Fans
Convert AC motors into modern EC-motors. With our controllers AC motors become just as easy to control and as efficient as EC motors. As an added benefit, the motors don’t suffer from unintentional generation when turned off and driven by the airflow in the system like EC motors do.
Many times the fan is mounted on the roof or in the attic. Our controllers can be placed at any distance from the fan where the motor protections and building management controls are installed.
Pumps
Running a pump at full speed and controlling the flow with a valve is highly wasteful! The potential energy saving by running the pump with demand control through one of our controllers is huge in for example irrigation applications. It can also remove the need for a hydrophore tank by delivering constant pressure on demand.
Variable speed pumps using permanent magnet motors exist but are expensive. Even the combined cost of an AC motor pump with our controllers is often lower than a variable speed pump.
For submersible pumps our controllers are optimal as they have no restrictions on cable length. Unless the motor is VFD rated our controllers are really the only alternative.
Other
Our controllers can be used in any motor application regardless of torque requirement. Examples are conveyors, tools, mixers and elevators.
